Is there a mod that lets me keep the appearance not just on companions though. Theoretically looks menu should work on any npc, but as said, i imagine it does not work on specific npcs that use templates, due to the fact they use templates, and as such would require hard edits, thus ESP work (Creation Kit).Д®dited by G4M3W1NN3R, 06 January 2020 - 09:36 AM. Templates are basically a shortcut to creating diverse looks for the same npc's, it could potentially be classed as being lazy, due to fact of not hand crafting every individual npc, but either it way, it just works.
